This past weekend I celebrated a birthday and took advantage of the Disney Empire’s offer to visit one of their theme parks. Disney allows you free admission on your birthday, so it will save you about 80 bucks. So The Beer Goddess and I headed once again to sip a few beers and eat some food at EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival. Somewhere along the way I learned that Carlsberg Elephant Beer was born on November 9th (1959) Only one day from my birthday (although I still have a couple of years on it). My beer mind immediately pictured how great it would be if the Carlsberg Elephant could get a free day at Disney as well. Maybe meet up with Dumbo for a beer or two. If nothing else the elephants at Disney’s Animal Kingdom should have received a little Carlsberg Elephant beer in their water dish to celebrate the day…..
