May 17 starts the official, government sanctioned American Craft Beer Week. Years ago the unsanctioned version lasted only a day or two. But Craft Beer is getting so big it now takes an entire week.
I’m not sure what one is supposed to do during American Craft Beer Week, other than drink American Craft Beer. When I heard about this week of celebration I immediately looked through my list of company holidays to see if we had any of these days off. Sadly we did not.
